Quality of care in post-transplant infectious disease
The course is divided into three modules.
In the first module, experts in the field of transplant infectious diseases will detail the common bacterial, viral and fungal infections that can occur after transplantation.
In the second module, experts will focus on difficult-to-treat infections: viral infections such as refractory/resistant cytomegalovirus, bacterial infections such as multidrug-resistant gram-negative infections, and difficult-to-treat fungal infections. Furthermore, a review of vaccination strategies in transplant candidates and recipients will be provided.
The last module will be dedicated to multidisciplinary team and person-centred care.
